Apogee Personal Training Studio opens on Whitney Avenue

    Apogee Personal Training has relocated their business in to the Town of Hamden, opening a 2,000 square foot studio at 1340 Whitney Avenue.  Apogee offers one on one personal training.  Whether it be to lose weight, get healthy or build muscle, Apogees trainers are available to develop a customized fitness plan to help you achieve your goals.  Physical fitness is always important; Apogee Personal Training is a step in the right direction by helping our Hamden residents stay fit and healthy.  Frederick Petrella and Rhonda Mesenbourg of Connecticut Realty Group were the sole brokers in reaching a lease agreement between the landlord and tenant.
